Safer Communities Ministry (SCM) Privacy Agreement
Information Consent
The information you provide herein will be maintained by SCM and used for the Total Care and Support (TC&S) and Second Chance Re-Entry Network (SCREEN) programs. By submitting your information you grant permission for SCM personnel to maintain and use your information for the purposes of TC&S and SCREEN. Such purposes include the viewing of your information by other organizations and personnel that participate in these programs and for contact by SCM. A volunteer must complete a Ministry Volunteer Release form.
Privacy Statement
Your privacy is very important to us. This privacy statement has been established to communicate with you our commitment to your privacy as well as how we may use your information. The information you submit will be entered into a central volunteer database. Except for purposes of the TC&S and SCREEN programs, and as otherwise noted herein, we will not share or distribute your personal information with any third party without your approval.
We do not knowingly collect information from children. Individuals 13 or younger are directed to not submit information. All requests for information must be from adults.
While we will make every effort to protect and preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose some or all information when required to do so by law or by order of a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served to us and/or our web site. In such case, SCM personnel will share your information only when doing so is necessary to legally comply.
